will educate you on your diet and detoxification program. Initial
physical evaluation with blood glucose and cholesterol measurements
with weekly progress consult.

Dr. Bret Fuller is a licensed psychologist in Oregon and specializes in creating and maintaining health changes in lifestyle. Dr. Fuller will facilitate four weekly groups for the detoxification and weight loss program that
focuses on behavior change.

Week 2: Explore resistance and inertia

Body
Dominic Banks, certified professional trainer and owner of Extreme Training will advise you on your fitness plan.

Scientific research shows that with acupuncture, the
body produces natural relaxants and pain killers called endorphins.
These substances can be depleted when we are overly stressed, either
physically or emotionally.
